Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

At ISW International, we are committed to providing high-quality visa and immigration consultancy services. Due to the nature of our services, refund eligibility is subject to specific conditions outlined below.

Our standard refund consideration period is within 60 days from the date of payment. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.


Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund:

  • A valid proof of payment must be provided
  • The request must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • The service must not have been fully delivered or completed

Refunds are not applicable once:

  • The visa application process has been completed or submitted
  • Services have been fully rendered
  • Third-party payments (e.g., embassy fees, application fees) have been processed

Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Visa application fees paid to embassies or third parties
  • Exam registration fees (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.)
  • Consultation fees after the session has been delivered
  • Any third-party or external service charges

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The service was partially delivered
  • Work has already been initiated on your application
  • Administrative or processing costs have been incurred

Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and reviewed:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within a reasonable number of days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your payment provider or bank
  3. Allow time for processing delays

Exchanges

As a service-based company, we do not offer product exchanges. However, we may offer service adjustments or corrections where applicable.


Cancellations

Service cancellations must be requested within the eligible period. Once the process has significantly progressed, cancellation may not be possible or may incur charges.


Third-Party Services

ISW International is not responsible for refunds related to third-party services, including:

  • Embassies and immigration offices
  • Educational institutions
  • Testing organizations

Refunds for such services are subject to their respective policies.
